What are the different types of twinkie tush diapers?
The twinkie tush FUSION is far and away our most popular diaper! The FUSION is a hybrid fitted cloth diaper, made with an outer print or solid, organic bamboo cotton fleece, poly fleece, and either cotton velour or organic bamboo velour. The FUSION comes in prints and in Simplify which is a solid Windpro fleece outer.
The twinkie tush fitted is made without poly fleece. It is a traditional fitted cloth diaper.
Both styles come in 3 sizes:
OS (12-35 lbs)
little tush (10-25 lbs and/or lean frames)
teenie tush (5-12 lbs)
We also make the famous twinkie tush night-night, which comes in both fitted and FUSION. FUSION night-nights are made with Windpro outers. fitted night-nights are made with cotton velour or organic bamboo velour outers! night-nights are only available in our OS size.
When do new items stock on the site?
New items drop every Wednesday at 2pm eastern time! You can sort shop categories from newest to oldest to see freshly stocked items first!
Do you offer customs?
Yes we do! There are 3 main types of customs – check out this video on Instagram or this video on Tiktok for more info, and join the twinkie tush customs Facebook group! We are excited to see what you envision!
How quickly do you ship RTS items?
All ready to ship items are shipped within 3 business days, with rare exceptions. If your order has not shipped within 3 business days, please contact us. For US shipping: purchased items are shipped via first class or priority mail through the USPS depending on which method is chosen. All packages are shipped with delivery confirmation. For international shipping: all items are shipped via USPS first class international mail.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are purchasing an item for someone else and would like that item shipped directly to that person, be sure to change the ship to address while going through the checkout process on twinkietush.com. No shipping changes can be made once an order is in the PayPal portal and any attempt to do so may cause you to lose your item. We are not able to accept any shipping changes via email or direct messaging after checkout.
Do you combine shipping for multiple orders?
Shipping is calculated based on total weight in your cart at time of order. We do not reach out for additional shipping costs to ensure a combined shipment. In that case, multiple orders would ship separately. If the S&H costs collected across your orders provides for a combined shipment, we would do so whenever possible.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of the shipment being sent.

What is your Free Shipping Policy?
We offer free shipping on your order when meeting the following thresholds:
Customers in the US - $150
Customers in Canada - $200
Customers Everywhere Else - $250
Orders cannot be combined to reach the threshold. Free shipping applies to any single order that reaches the applicable threshold. Items that already include free shipping, will not count towards your threshold.

Do you need a cover with twinkie tush diapers?
twinkie tush FUSION diapers are hybrid fitted diapers and are not waterproof. Covers are recommended for all fitted and FUSION diapers, although many families choose to go coverless at times (or all the time!) with twinkie tush diapers. For overnight we highly recommend wool covers over our famous twinkie tush night-nights!
Do twinkie tush diapers need to be prepped?
No specific prepping is needed before you begin using your diaper, but we do recommend that you prewash once and dry in the dryer or hang dry. The more you wash and dry your diapers, the more absorbent they will become!

What is your return policy for stocked items?
It is our mission to exceed your expectations of twinkie tush products.
All products have gone through extensive testing and all items undergo strict quality control before being listed for sale.
We encourage all twinkie tush customers to carefully review all packages upon receipt to confirm order accuracy along with fit and quality prior to washing or prepping your items.
In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, please contact twinkie tush immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number, item name, and description of defect within the email. We will review your email and respond within 2 business days. Should it be determined the defect in question is a valid manufacturer’s defect, we will replace, repair, or refund (less shipping charges) your order (at our discretion) within 45 days of purchase.
Assuming the above defect does not apply, no refunds will be given on any washed, worn, or used items. Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect. twinkie tush diapers, twinkie togs and other items are individually and lovingly handcrafted rather than machine processed. Therefore, minor variations can be expected from item to item.
If your item does appear to be the wrong size or does not meet your expectations for any other reason, we will accept returns of new, never been washed or worn items within 30 days of purchase. Costs to return the item to twinkie tush are the responsibility of the consumer. Upon receipt of the returned item, twinkie tush will (at our discretion) provide you with a replacement, repair, refund (less shipping charges), or store credit. A restocking fee of 10% may be charged on returned items. We reserve the right to deduct any and all PayPal fees that may be charged due to refund transactions.
What is your return policy for custom and made to order orders?
Unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect, custom and made to order items cannot be returned. Should you believe there to be a manufacturing defect (including incorrect size, style, or finishing), please contact twinkie tush immediately at email@example.com Please include your order number, item name, and description of defect within the email. We will review your email and respond within 2 business days. Should it be determined the defect in question is a valid manufacturer’s defect, we will replace, repair, or refund (less shipping charges) your order (at our discretion) within 45 days of purchase.
What is your cancellation policy?
For all ready to ship items, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of payment. If your item has been prepped and scheduled for shipping, you may be required to pay shipping costs and a restocking fee of 15%.
For all custom and made to order items cancellations will be considered on a case by case basis. Charges will apply based on the progress of the original order.
